Chef Jonathan Mah brings a wealth of culinary experience to Sidestreet Burgers. Having worked in his father’s steakhouse from a young age and later honing his skills in Memphis’s fine dining establishments, Chef Mah pursued formal education in hotel and restaurant management at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. His career includes roles at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Georgia and as Executive Sous Chef at Alchemy in Memphis. Drawing from these experiences, he opened Sidestreet Burgers to offer innovative and high-quality burgers to the community.
